[l2h] outlined images created

[Robert Forkel]

hi,
as a first time latex2html user i encountered the following problem:
all images - created for equations and other math - have an outline on
the left side and on the bottom. i played around with dvips options and
the like, but couldn't fix it. this happened with latex2html 2k.1.
any advice?
