[l2h] Images mixed (without caching)

LaTeX2HTML uses images generated from the LaTeX source in wrong
places.  This seems to be the bug described in the Debian BTS:

But this doesn't seem to work for me.

(Does the CVS repository offer read-only anonymous access?)
