[l2h] first step in latex2html

Hi at all, I'm Tino from italy.
Unfortunatelly I'm in a hurry, since I need -for tomorrow-
to translate a my article from latex (I love it) to html.
I downloaded and installed latex2html-2002-1.tar.gz on
my Linux RedHat 7.0 and make check and install were OK.

After i tryed to convert my article, but I got a lot of 
errors:

My article is made with an abstract, 8 sections (with a lot of
mathematic equations and greek symbols) a reference section and,
at the end, a list of about 30 postscript figures imported with 
\epsfig{}.
What latex2html produce is a file with only the abstract in html
format, while all the sections are translated in big PNG images
and there are no my figures at the end.
How can I translate the text in html text and not in big PNG images?
