[l2h] quick question about png background color

I upgraded but I still have problems.  Perhaps I am using the wrong 
options.  

latex2html -no_math -html_version 4.0,math,frame -white -no_navigation 
abstracts.tex

I am running redhat 7.2 which netpbm.
