This may be caused by changes in recent CJK versions not reflected in
latex2html.  Unfortunately, I don't have time to work on this.

In case someone wants to fix this, the latest CJK version is
available from

  ftp://ftp.ffii.org/pub/cjk/devel/cjk-current.tar.gz
