[l2h] Faulty image sources in generated html file.

You need to setup the  $ICONSERVER  variable in  l2hconf.pm
(or in  l2hconf.pin , then reinstall) to be a URL where the
icons can be obtained via the web.
Read the notes regarding this, within  l2hconf.pin .
