Did you get Marek Rouchal's message last week, giving the address
of the new machine ?
It seemed to imply that CVS access was indeed available.

You may not be able to commit changes directly, but you
should be able to recieve updates, then reinstall.

Note that updates to  latex2html and  pstoimg  occur
via the files  latex2html.pin  and  pstoimg.pin .
Thus re-installing is needed to pass on the updates to
the run-time scripts.
