[latex2html] \caption causes image-Perturbation

Dear members,
latex2html (99.1) seems to have a problem with \includegraphics
and/or \caption-command in a figure environment.

The effect of the unbalanced $ is: the first few math-images are the
ALTERNATE-Text of math-images near the end of the document!
