[l2h] new versions of LaTeX2HTML

Hi

	New versions of the file latex2html-2K.1beta.tar.gz appear
regularly at CTAN (the latest one appeared two days ago). I would like to
know:
	1) Do these new versions contain a list of the new features?
	2) Do I have to uninstall the version I have before I install the
latest one?
