[l2h] arabtex on latex2html

Dear Sir,
I tried to use latex2html (release 2K) with arabtex
but I couldn't.

I have insert the arabart (free software written by
Lagally  in arabtex  see
www.informatiq.uni-stuttgart.de).
Arabtex  with latex  runs well.

latex2html doesn't recognize the the arab classes and
package (arabart.cls, arabrep.cls .....). 

It seems that latex2html didn't creat the approprate
perl classes.


Please would you tell how to integrate correctly  that
classes.
