[l2h] table of contents

Hallo there,
I have got another problem. Using the
\usepackage{color}
\pagecolor{white}
Ross Moore told at this list, my table of contents is suddenly empty. When
removing the \pagecolor it is ok again.

For the moment I use
\begin{imagesonly}
  \pagecolor{white}
\end{imagesonly}
as a workaround.

What's on there?
