[l2h] the latest Cygwin and LaTeX2HTML

Bonjour:

I have just try to `configure' LaTeX2HTML under the latest Cygwin:
it fails !

It seems that the configure is corrupted since it considers CYGWIN
as a DOS/WINX plattform: this is false...

Unfortunetly, 
we cannot autoconf in view to update the configure script
and, if needed, to fix bugs.

Do you know where `configure.in' can be downloaded ?
