[l2h] LaTeX2html and MikTeX

Dear all:

I've put a document explaining how to install latex2html in a W9x system with
mikTeX at

http://feynman.faii.etsii.upm.es/~seidel/l2h/l2h_eng.{html,pdf,tex}

I've done it to show that it's possible and easy and rewarding, not to discount
similar efforts like fpTeX. Please consider it as provisional.

Hope to hear from the experts and developers, whom all the big thanks go.
