[latex2html] [l2h] Latex2html and text figures

I have a book at:

        http://www.postgresql.org/docs/awbook.html

that uses latex2html, version 98.1p1.  I want my figures to appear as
fixed-width font images, or ideally as just plain HTML <PRE> text.  The
figures use the Lyxcode environment.

I can't figure out how to do that.
