[l2h] l2h gets into an infinite loop

Yes. This is a known problem that occurs when using LaTeX2HTML
with AMS packages or AMSTeX . 
It is fixed with the v99.2 (alpha) versions available at the
developer's site:  http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/~latex2ht/
