Oops, this is rather old. It's high time to get 99.2 finished. In the
meantime get 99.2alpha10 (or higher) from

http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/~latex2ht

The installation procedure is now much more robust and should get you
going much more quickly. And don't worry about the word "alpha" ;-)
