[l2h] Glossary? (and RE: No content/NO TITLE problem)

First, I'd like to thank Ross Moore for his help in solving my 
problem.. For everyone's reference, using the latest of Perl with 
threads turned on will absolutely *break* latex2html.  The solution 
is to downgrade, or recompile without threads.

My new question is, how do I create a glossary?  I read the portion 
of the manual, "Integrated Glossary and Index", but I just didn't 
understand it (and I don't need an index, just a glossary). Ideally, 
I'd like to be able to automatically create the glossary using a list 
of words and their definitions, and have each instance of the words 
in the document hyper-linked to their definitions in the glossary.  
My feeling is, that's not necessarily easy or possible.  Can anyone 
give me some pointers?
