[l2h] latex2html known bugs and CVS tree?

Greetings all,

I'm about to start hunting for the following bugs.  Before I invest
time to run them down, has anybody done so already?  Is there a CVS
repository on the net for latex2html?  Anybody have any documentation
of the program logic?  TIA  -- Walt

alltt.perl:
 No line break at begin{alltt} (latex does)
 --- converted to --
 % must be escaped for latex2html but not latex
texttt:
 converts --- to --
minipage doesn't work - produces spurious line breaks.
$>$ doesn't turn into a GIF correctly.
EPS to GIF conversion fails under some circumstances.
