Participants are from educational field, and want to know how to write
research paper, technical report, mathematical book etc.

Your are right but I want to give some ready, useful things to
participants. To motivate
participants to search for their own needs, will be last part of the
workshop.
I thought, that listers from industry and others, are using some good
style
files or
classes, so I asked for that.

Yes! That will cover in basic part of the workshop.

Yes! I am thinking to introduce Devnag, which is useful for Hindi Marathi
and Sanskrit.
