 More feedback to submitter:

  There were still files “telprint.pdf” and “hypcap.pdf”, both in the
  “flat tree” and in the .tds.zip file, which I took the liberty to
  remove before installation on CTAN.
  Please adjust your build script accordingly.  Thanks!
