[ho-tex] oberdiek.luatex.tex and pdftexcmds.lua changes lost

That's odd I just took the oberdiek.zip and oberdiek.tds.zip from ctan
and refreshed them with new ifpdf and hobsub-generic files, I
thought...

I certainly didn't edit the files...
