[fptex] fpTex installation problems

Hello,
 
I downloaded fpTex version 0.7 and I'm having problems installing it on my Win2K system. When I run TeXSetup.exe (from a temp directory) I get to the Scheme selection window, but there are no schemes listed. The installation completes even though I have no schemes to select, but nothing is actually installed.
 
I've searched the net for help, but I have not found others with this problem.
 
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
