[fptex] Is it possible to update TL6 with the current homepage of fptex ?

we have this question  :

I have the TL6 on windows XP and I would like to know,
if I can use the TEX-Live site and FPTEX update poage to upgrade
my version because I don't well understand on this page if it's possible
to update TL7 or TL8 only.
