[fptex] Context not running at fptex 0.7 ?

Hi,

I installed the new version of fptex (0.7). Installation without problems. But context is not working.
Pdflatex and latex are working.
I tried the following "texexec --pdf test.tex". Simple test file. I get this output:

This is pdfeTeXk, Version 3.141592-1.11a-2.1 (Web2c 7.5.2)
 %&-line parsing enabled.
 (f:/local/TeXLive/texmf/web2c/cp8bit.tcx)
I can't find the format file `context.efmt'!

           return code : 256
              run time : 0 seconds

        total run time : 1 seconds
This format file is not on my system.
I tried to generate format files "texexec --make". did not solved the problem.
Who knows what went wrong and what to do?
