[fptex] pool file doesn't match?

Hi, 

I have installed the pdftex1.10b recently, but 
it seems the pool file doesn't match. the 
pdftex-1.10b-win32.zip has not pdftex.pool and
pdfetex.pool in it. I tried download these two
pool file from ftp://www.tug.org/texlive/texmf/web2c/
but they do no work either.
