[fptex] ispell problem

Hi,

I recently installed TeX Live from a CD-ROM on my computer (Windows =
2000)=20
including gnuemacs and the ispell program. When I tried using the spell =
checker
in Emacs I get the error message "can't open /usr/local/lib/english". Am =
I missing
some packages or haven't I installed the programs correctly ?
