[fptex] 0.6 preversion

I have setup a preversion of fptex-0.6. This is a preview of TeXLive 7
: the texmf tree will be the same. There are new things in kpathsea
wrt to 0.5 :
- kpathsea hash-tables are memory mapped
- kpathsea will honour url retrieving
- kpathsea will call fmtutil whenever a format file is not found

There are a few things I'd like to do for the final release :
- cleanup windvi and add src-specials (they are there, but not quite
usable yet)
- add 'schemes' to TeXSetup installation
- documentation and web pages.
