[fptex] Cannot preview marvosym fonts using windvi

Thanks for replying, it is a similar problem, but in this case fptex
has the correct entry in psfonts.map (I think).  It is also slightly
different in that I can also generate valid .ps files.  I'm just
having trouble creating glyphs for windvi.
