[fptex] pre-0.6 binaries

it looks like in pdfetex pdf inclusion does not work any more; when lloking 
into the file i also notice that

1- there is indeed a xform object created
2- this form has ptex.* entries in the dict, and i wonder if this is indeed 
wanted default behavior
3- the encryption seems to be in action (that is, mentioned as in ptex 
creator field, while i don't use it)

i think that 2 and 3 should not be default behaviour; maybe configurable in 
pdftex.cfg, but no default!

actually the problem is in trying to include an pdf image created by pdftex 
itself, looks like the zip engine get fooled (the copied stream is somehow 
messed up
