[fptex] can't find package

koma-script can be found under "tex-langgerman"
This is perhaps a mistake, koma-script package should be rather
in "tex-latexextra" collection (like ntgclass), and it *can* be
also added to "tex-langgerman".

If the package is available in the fptex distribution area, it is also
registered in .tpm files and should be available in the menu.
