[fptex] fpTeX 0.5 and Russian ispell dictionaries

Ispell dictionaries for Russian language shipped with fpTeX 0.5 (in
tex-langcyrillic collection) are invalid - ispell gives the following
error (similar error is produced for koi8-r dictionary):

Illegal format hash table d:/apps/fpTeX/texmf/ispell/russian-win.hash.gz - expected magic2 0x9602, got 0x35

Hash file builded by buildhash included in fpTeX 0.5 (I used
ftp://mch5.chem.msu.su/pub/russian/ispell/rus-ispell.tar.gz as a
source) works fine; probably hash files in tex-langcyrillic collection
were built using different version of ispell.
