[fptex] Strange behaviour of fpTeX 0.5 installer

Yes, because what you are looking at is dependency relation. So the
meaning is that if you want to install tex-bibtexextra, then you also
need to install tex-latex. Each package will be installed only once
anyway. The information is also used for upgrades: all the required
packages will be upgraded too if you require some new version of
tex-bibtexextra.
