[fptex] mktexpk and win2k

I have been reported this problem, but I'm unable to reproduce it.
Assuming fptex is installed on win2k in c:\Local\TeX,
- first blu1 user logs in, uses latex and dvips, generates some pk font
with mktexpk, logs out
- second blu2 user logs in, uses the same latex and dvips commands on
the same document, then dvips fails because:
        * blu1 created the pk file, but no other user has the
permission to read it
        * mktexpk can't rebuild it because the file exists

Anybody has an insight on what might happen there ? I have
investigated the problem using the 'cacls' command, but assuming
that you have standard permissions on your machine, I can't see any
problem.

Now, to be sure, I have made texsetup (for tl6) calling 'cacls' so
that :
- c:/Local/TeX be readable by everyone, and the permission inherited
- $VARTEXMF be writable by everyone, and the permission inherited.

Thanks for any clue about this issue,
