If you upgrade to 7.00 you *need* the updates of windvi (0.67.2) and
gsftopk (1.19.2) at ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/standalone/ and other
CTAN nodes, as the gs DLL interface has been changed.

Older versions do not work.
