[fptex] windvi and gs 6.50

I haven't tried the new windvi with GS 6.5 yet, but one problem it (i.e.
windvi) still shares with previous versions is that if I go into "Options",
change the MF mode setting, then exit, it's forgotten what I told it next
time I start up the program. Am I missing something?
