[fptex] Embedded Postscript in windvi

Which version of windvi is this?  With gs 6.50 you need the update

fptex/standalone/windvi-0.67.2-win32.zip

and not the version in fptex/0.4 on CTAN.  You may also need the
update of gsftopk from that directory.

Since upgrading windvi I have seen not problems, but previously saw that
error message.
