[fptex] Trouble setting up windvi

These transformations are handled by ghostscript, but ghostscript is
not the renderer in windvi. It is used only for images. Windvi keeps
asking ghostscript what the CTM (Current Transform Matrix) is, and
providing you are using NT or Win2K, is able to apply the same
transformations. Unfortunately, the Device Contexts in Win9x do not
provide those transformations, and I just can't implement them.
(After all, maybe that is not so heavy, so if anybody knows of a good
graphics library providing the kind of routines needed, let me know ...)

So, if you are unsing NT or Win2k, go to the 
View->Options->View Configuration menu, and check the
'transformations' box.
