ADDENDUM: fpTeX0.4-alpha3: do hyperref and pdflatex like each other?

I have updated my pdftex.def file from the tug site, as suggested by
Professor Ripley a few e-mail ago. So my log files appears now as, in the
relevant section, as:

(c:/localtexmf/tex/latex/graphics/pdftex.def
File: pdftex.def 1999/10/13 v0.02r graphics/color for pdftex

All the rest is the same, that is, same troubles as before.
