[fptex] WinDvi 0.67: Printing offset

When I print a DVI page with WinDvi, the output is shifted 2.5mm to
the right and 3mm down. The same page printed through DVIPS and
GhostView on the same printer is perfect.

Is it possible, to specify an offset for printing with WinDvi? I think
it's the "unprintable area" within all Windows printer drivers.
