[fptex] ghostscript 6.50

It is out, and there is a major change (at least from the fptex point
of view). The registry key about gs location has been changed, so if
you install it, it might happen that some fptex distributed tools
requiring gs will not work with it. I have taken this new key under
account and new binaries will be available, but in the mean time you
still have the opportunity of :

1 - making sure that your PATH hold the location of gsdll32.dll and
your GS_LIB variable points to both gs6.50/lib/ directory and fonts/
directory
2 - use the registry editor and _copy_ the "Software/AFPL Ghostscript" key
under "Software/Aladdin Ghostscript" key. 

_Please, don't use the registry editor if you do not exactly know what
you are doing !_
