windvi 0.66 pre4

Changes :
- the page stays centered when resizing the window
- removed a bug when closing windvi
- html specials where handled wrongly when the page was smaller
  than the window (offset problem)

Now, I would really like to sort out all the other (small or big)
problems. If any of you have access to an editor that is able to
insert `src:' specials automatically, you can use the feature to
locate them by :
'Ctrl-s' to turn them on,
'V' to visualize them,
'shift + right click' to call them
'T' to togle between different kind of marks.
