windvi 0.66 pre2

I have checked it in other  NT and  it has the file (that I have copied to my system
and windvi works OK).
What I do not know is if the file is included when NT is installed (my system was not
complete in this case) or it is copied when some service or software is added to the
system. I have not found the file in the CD from which I install my NT.
