Yes I have build it on another machine and didn't notice that gs has =
been omitted.
Moreover, I don't think it is such a good idea to distribute gs/gv =
inside fptex
setup files, mainly because of gs licence. So I will remove it, and =
instead issue
a warning stating where to get it if it is not already installed.
