Corrected: pdfto* were null filters. They were discarding everything.

Hmm ... not quite. I'm a bit dubious about ActiveState perl and its
status.  I'm using the regular one compiled straight from the sources.

Anybody can advocate pros and cons about 'standard' vs 'ActiveState'
perl win32 port ?

My point is : I need to add the gdbm module to perl because l2h uses it.
