windvi 0.62pre1

I have tried the new version of windvi (0.62.00) and It seems to work OK.
Just two comments:

--  When you try to read the documentation, only the main html file is
present.
    The files  windvise1.html, windvise2.html  etc. are missing

-- If you execute windvi.exe and you have not set the environment variable
GS_LIB, the program also works, but if it needs to generate some pk file,
you get a Dr. Watson error and the program is closed.
