Here is the new release of windvi. Not only of windvi, but also of
mktex* programs. There is a big problem going on with win9x
misbehaving wrt system() call. Namely, running an external command
with system(), and win9x fails to return the exit code of the command.

So,  please, test these  new mktex*.exe  as much as   you can. In case 
of doubt, run with mktekpk --debug=1536 and send me the log output.

New features:

- printing
- HTEX support (that's why windvi.exe is so huge, libwww is statically
  linked in)
