TDS directory name for ttf2tfm and ttf2pk

Dear each authors of MiKTeX and fpTeX,

I have found that the directory name for configuration files
of ttf2tfm and ttf2pk is different between MiKTeX 1.20b and
fpTeX-0.3. In MiKTeX 1.20b it was "ttf2tfm", but "ttf2pk" in
fpTeX-0.3. It may be better to use the same name for the
compatibility.

What is the name in teTeX-1.0?
