So, now that this bug is over, I have packaged a new release.

News:
- windvi can jump to the next (previous) page when you
pg-up or pg-down
- many bug fixes with windvi (grid, configuration...)
- t1utils-1.11
- gsftopk-1.17
- web2c-7.3.1
- teTeX-1.0 source and texmf tree !

That means : the zip files are completely free. The IS version contains
gsview/gs, winedt, ImageMagick and TeXShell and no texmf packages
that aren't in teTeX-1.0 . That means I have also made a change to the
setup program, to remove the 'only-free packages' option.
