CT: it was for the CT magazine, ghostscript removed because of the licence.
fptex-0.3d: I dropped this just before the UK-TUG meeting, but it is still
flakey
                  with respect to some point.

Expect a 0.3e and this will be the last 0.3 in the evening or tomorrow.
