latex2html

I tried to install latex2html from the win32-beta directory. Installations 
seems to run ok (only one note about an uninstall feature that was not 
installed). When I try to run "latex2html" I get the following error msg:

Can't locate Win32.pm in @INC (@INC contains: F:\TeX\l2h 
F:\TeX\perl\lib/MSWin32-x86 F:\TeX\perl\lib .) at F:\TeX\l2h/Override.pm line 
28. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at F:\TeX\l2h\latex2html line 25.

I looked to the perl html files and can't find any hint how to manipulate the 
@INC path. Can someone give me a hint where to look ?
